Is 10% to the Planet included in the Kickstarter?
Yes, once fully funded every Kickstarter pledge counts. 5% goes to global reforestation and 5% to ocean cleanup, from the very first order.
How is this different from the other flossers?
The Sentinel handle is built to last a lifetime. You buy it once, then subscribe to Haven refill spools the same way you'd replace a razor blade. No more throwing away a whole flosser every week.
How much are floss refills?
Haven refill spools are sold in 3-packs and cost less per month than what most families spend on disposable flossers. Founding members lock in a subscriber rate that never increases.
What if I don't Like it?
We're confident enough in Sentinel to offer a no-questions return policy — if it doesn't change your routine, send it back. That's how sure we are.
How does the kickstarter work?
You pledge during the campaign to reserve your Sentinel kit at a founding member rate. If we hit our goal, your card is charged, and we ship. If we don't, you're never charged and owe nothing.
